| 38. Formal Translation Jesus {Iesous, Discerning Questioner} turned, and seeing them following, said to them, “What are you seeking?” And they said to Him, “Rabbi, which is translated Teacher, where are You staying?” |
| 38. Dynamic Translation Jesus {Iesous, Inviting Teacher} turned around and noticed they were following Him. He asked them, “What are you looking for?” They answered, “Rabbi,” which means Teacher, “where are You living?” |
